The Planning Committee meets every three weeks throughout the year. Meetings are currently scheduled for the following dates (see the list below) for the remainder of this civic year. You can access the agenda, reports and minutes for each meeting. Agendas and reports will be available on-line before the date of the Committee. Minutes will be available one week after the date of Committee by clicking on the link for that date. Further links will be added as and when the papers are published.

When you access the system, on the left hand side you can scroll down and click on "Planning Committee", a list of dates in the present year will be displayed, click on the date of interest and you can view the meeting agenda, reports and minutes (where available).
