Our office at the Revenues Hall is open from 8.30am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10.00am to 5pm on Wednesdays and from 8:30am to 4.30pm on Fridays. You don’t need an appointment to talk to us.
Mondays and Fridays are our busy days but we still manage to see all callers within five minutes. You will rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for an interview.
We can all tell you about Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit and you can see Anne Kitchen if you want advice about the other benefits. We can make you an appointment if she’s gone out to see somebody.

We know that we sometimes do really well because you tell us.
We also make mistakes. We understand that you have to live with our mistakes and that is why we try to get things right first time.
Help us to get things right. Tell us what we need to know when it happens. If your circumstances change regularly keep us up to date with the changes.
We are constantly aiming to improve our performance to ensure you receive the best possible service.
The forms and letters you send to us are put onto the computer screens so that we can quickly see your records whenever you contact us.
