Tough decisions to be made on Council Tax
Chesterfield Borough Council is considering a 3.5% Council tax increase for 2012/13 to protect frontline services. This follows meetings with Council taxpayers where the majority favoured this option over acceptance of the Government’s latest offer of a Council tax freeze grant.
