Report Unauthorised Development/Uses/Works And Untidy Sites
Use this form to register a complaint about unauthorised development, or uses; unauthorised works to a listed building - both internal and external works; unauthorised display of advertisements; non-compliance with conditions of planning permissions; and untidy sites where these may be detrimental to visual amenity.
Please note that you will be required to provide your name, address and telephone
number for any complaint to be investigated. Your details will be kept confidential.

Section 4 - Data Protection Act 1998 The information you have entered on this form
will be held in a database and will be handled by the department concerned. Your
personal details will only be used to process your request and will not be passed
to any other organisations.
NOTE:
- Include where you live in relation to the alleged breach e.g. Next-Door, opposite
and what harm it is causing to you or your property.
- For complaints relating to building work, state the type of work and what stage
the works have reached e.g. foundations, excavated?
- For complaints relating to the the use of land or buildings, state the nature of
activity of the use and the previous/authorised use if known.
- Also, please indicate when the use leading to the complaint commenced. In the case
of temporary or occasional uses you must describe the frequency, duration or number
of "events" typical in a week.

We will only share information when we have your consent or we need to ask another department or partner to respond to a specific comment or request you have made.
