NOTE:

Include where you live in relation to the alleged breach e.g. Next-Door, opposite and what harm it is causing to you or your property.
For complaints relating to building work, state the type of work and what stage the works have reached e.g. foundations, excavated?
For complaints relating to the the use of land or buildings, state the nature of activity of the use and the previous/authorised use if known.
Also, please indicate when the use leading to the complaint commenced. In the case of temporary or occasional uses you must describe the frequency, duration or number of "events" typical in a week.
