Leisure Pass Activity Card

Chesterfield Borough Council is keen to promote the benefits of regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle. To encourage everyone to use our leisure facilities, we have introduced the Leisure Pass Card.

The Leisure Pass offers membership for the Healthy Living Centre and Queen’s Park Sport Centre as well as provide members with information about sports and other leisure opportunities in Chesterfield.

Benefits of the Leisure Pass Card:

• Discounted use of Staveley Healthy Living Centre and Queen’s Park

  Sports Centre

• Information about courses and activities on offer at our venues

• Advanced booking facility by telephone

• Priority booking and discounts on specific courses and activities

Pick up a copy of the application form at the Reception of either The Healthy Living Centre or The Queen's Park Sports Centre or Click here.doc to download a copy. Return the form to either leisure centre, along with your payment, proof of address and status if required. If you are a regular user, you may want to upgrade your membership and become an ‘Inspire’ member, which provides a wider range of benefits for the whole family.
