Self Service
Welcome to 'Self Service', the place to go to access your information and conduct your business online.
Over time we plan to increase the range of online services on offer. Available now in 'Self Service' are your account details for:
- Council Tax,
- Housing Benefit,
- Business Rates and
- Payments made to tenants and landlords
If you have recieved your username and password then select the link below to login to your accounts
Login to my accounts
If you have not yet registered and would like to access your accounts online, then simply complete our registration form. Register now to use 'Self Service' and access your account information
On completing the registration form, your username and password will be sent to you by post. Please allow 10 working days for your login details to arrive.
Council Tax
Once you have logged in you will be able to view details of how your Council Tax has been calculated, any payments you have made, any balances outstanding, your current instalments due and copies of documentation that we have issued to you.
Housing Benefit
Once you have logged in you will be able to view
- Details of your current Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit payments.
- Details of any previous Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit payments.
- Details of your Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit Calculation.
- Details of any Correspondence we have sent you or you have sent us.
- Details of household members and income used to calculate Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit.
- Details of any overpaid Housing Benefit including outstanding invoices
Landlords
Once you have logged in you will be able to view:-
- A list of your current and past tenants that have claimed Housing Benefit.
- A summary of details relating to your tenants claim.
- Next payment details for each of your tenants.
- Previous payment details for each of your tenants.
- Details of any invoices for each of your tenants
- Documentation that we have issued to you
Business Rates
Once you have logged in you will be able to view details of how your Business Rates have been calculated, any payments you have made, any balance outstanding, your current instalments due and copies of documentation that we have issued to you.
