Claim a Test and Trace Support payment

You need to register for a My Chesterfield account so that you can claim a Test and Trace Support payment.

Signing up is quick and easy. We will need to know:

  • your name and address
  • your phone number
  • your email address 

Once your account is created you can apply for a Test and Trace Support payment.
