Government COVID-19 roadmap
Step three - from 17 May
Step three of the Government’s roadmap to ease lockdown will be in place from 17 May.

Changes to council services from 17 May:
- More indoor activities will restart at Queen’s Park Sports Centre and the Healthy Living Centre – see the frequently asked questions for full information, including how to book activities and classes
- The Pomegranate Theatre will re-open
- More people can attend services and burial at Chesterfield Crematorium, but still with limits to allow for social distancing at the venue
Chesterfield Museum will re-open from Thursday 20 May.
Please note the Winding Wheel theatre will not re-open yet as it continues to be used as a vaccination centre until late summer.

NHS test and trace
The NHS COVID-19 test and trace app is now available to download onto your smart phone - to download it, for more information about it and how to use it visit the NHS COVID app website.
You are encouraged to take regular COVID-19 tests, even if you don’t have symptoms.
