Walking for health
Walking for Health is a great way for adults to start being active or get back into regular exercise, and it's free!
You’ll feel better physically and mentally and it’s a great way to meet new people too.
The walks, that are led by trained walk leaders, last between 20 minutes and an hour and are on mostly flat, easy terrain.
Health walks are free and are for adults over 16 years of age. We also run a program of buggy walks in Chesterfield.
If you are a new walker please arrive early for your first session to complete a registration form.
