Residents and visitors to Chesterfield can grab lots of festive bargains at Chesterfield Market with extra markets this Christmas.
There will be two of the popular artisan markets held on Sunday 13 and Sunday 20 December, run in association with The Market Co.
Each month the artisan market offers some of the very best locally produced food and craft products and the December events will build on this, offering specially produced Christmas food and drink as well as gifts for all ages.
Councillor Amanda Serjeant, Chesterfield Borough Council's cabinet member for town centre and visitor economy, said: "Since its launch earlier this year, Chesterfield's artisan market has proved extremely popular with residents and visitors alike so we're really pleased to be offering these two special markets in the run up to Christmas.
"There will also be a market each day from Thursday 10 December until Christmas Eve, Friday 24 December, including the general, flea and farmers' markets on their usual days offering people the chance to get all they need for their Christmas lunch as well as gifts for family and friends."
