    The Customer Services Centre is closed to visitors until further notice.

    Payments can be made online at or by using our automated telephone number 0345 602 0214. If you are unable to use these methods, please contact us on 01246 345345 and we will do all we can to help.

The opening times for payments are as follows:

Monday: 9am - 2pm
Tuesday: 9am - 2pm
Wednesday: 10am - 2pm
Thursday: 9am - 2pm
Friday: 9am - 2pm

The Customer Service Centre is currnetly closed due to the national lockdown and COVID-19 restrictions, but is usually open at:
