Housing associations nominations

Housing associations (also known as registered social landlords)

Housing associations are non-profit making organisations. They are funded by the government and local councils to provide a range of affordable housing, housing-related services and support. A total of 11 housing associations provide housing in Chesterfield, including houses, flats, bungalows, sheltered housing and other supported housing. The council has partnership agreements with each housing association to make housing association properties available to applicants from the council’s housing register.
