Service review groups

Service review groups

Service Review Groups are a sample of customers who get together to discuss a specific service area. This is usually a one-off meeting lasting approximately two hours.

Service Review Groups offer you the opportunity to select which areas of the service you would like to get involved in. For example, you may like to give your views on repairs, anti-social behaviour, newsletter and communications, finance and budgets, adaptations, rents, Careline and Support Service or how we rehouse people.
