Tenant challenge panel
The Tenant Challenge Panel is a group of tenants who consider how well the Housing Service is performing and scrutinise service areas. The panel make service improvement recommendations on a range of issues.
The Tenant Challenge Panel look at performance figures, local offers, talk directly to staff/managers, look at feedback from our customers and arrange for mystery shopping to enable them to make recommendations for improvement.
