An opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer service team leader to join our busy Careline team, where you will be responsible for the operational service delivery of the council's Careline service.
Chesterfield Careline is our independently-accredited 24/7 pendant alarm monitoring and falls response service that helps members of the community to live independently in their own home. The service also includes an emergency and falls response service.
Purpose of the role
As a Careline team leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational service delivery, responding to customer queries, health and safety compliance, as well as being responsible for managing performance, analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, ensuring that you inspire your team to keep customer service at the heart of everything they do.
Who are we looking for
You will need to have a strong customer-focus background, strong organisational skills, with a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards. You will also need to:
- be keen to provide an exceptional service, with a positive and caller-focused attitude
- have good communication skills (listening, spoken and written)
- be a natural problem solver, able to work to a high level of accuracy
- have a solution-driven mindset, leading by example to foster a continual improvement culture
This role will involve driving vehicles, so a full driving licence is essential. Please confirm this when applying.
