We want to make sure that everyone has equal access to our employment opportunities.
When you apply for a job with us, we ask you to fill in a monitoring form that collects extra information about you.
The monitoring information is not seen at any stage by the recruiting manager or any member of the shortlisting team or interview panel. Your application will be assessed solely on your skills and ability to do the job. Completion of the form is optional; the information will be detached from your application and stored securely and confidentially.
Why do we collect this information?
Our human resources team collect monitoring information and use the data to identify trends in applications for jobs with us. This helps us to ensure the effectiveness of our recruitment and selection process, and improve our policies and practices. It also helps us to identify any issues that could prevent us from building a workforce that is representative of our local community. This is in line with legal requirements and government recommendations.
Any monitoring information that you provide is completely anonymous and will not be linked back to you.
