How to pay
Credit/debit card payments only. Automated payment line 0845 520 2468 (24 hours, 7 days a week). Please make sure you have your card details and Penalty Charge Notice to hand.
By post (do not send cash)
Cheques/postal orders to be made payable to Park Smarter. Please write the Penalty Charge Notice number and your vehicle registration number on the reverse of the cheque. Note: Allow two working days for first class post and five working days for second class.

Online payments can be paid at ParkSmarter. Follow the links from "pay Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)."
If you have lost your PCN and wish to make payment, please telephone the Central Processing Unit on 0845 520 2468, select option 2, then option 1 to speak to an operator.
Cash payments can be made at the Customer Service Centre in New Square, Chesterfield.
