One-to-one fitness training
Our qualified staff are on hand to give you one-to-one advice and help you reach your exercise goals.
One-to-one session are FREE for our active fitness members.
You can book a session with any of our instructors and let them help you on the path to your goal of anything from weight loss, muscle gain or to improve your fitness or activity level.
Your first one-to-one session will last around an hour so the instructors can take some details and have a chat to see exactly what it is you want to get out of your programme.
After six to eight weeks, sooner if you need to, you can book another session to adjust your programme, increase machine weight and levels or take out and change equipment from your programme.
