Our group exercise class timetable includes both classes in the studio and in the pool. You can now book your place in any of our classes online.

Indoor cycling: £5.50 / £4.60 (Change4Life concession)
60 minute class: £4.90 / £4.10 (C4L)
45 minute class: £4.10 / £3.50 (C4L)
30 minute class: £2.85 / £2.50 (C4L)
Cancelling a class
Class cancellations must be made at least two hours in advance by phone, direct email or in person. For non attendance of any activity, or not cancelling with the appropriate notice a fee of £3.00 will be charged.

We ask that customers do not book more than 16 classes over any 8-day period, to allow as great a number of people as possible to attend our classes.
Register your Active Chesterfield card and simply log on to the online booking page to make your class bookings. You can book up to 8 days in advance.
To register your account you'll need to use a PC or laptop. Once registered you can use your smart phone or tablet to book classes.
Aerobics: high/low impact cardiovascular workout. A dance based class, designed to increase your fitness and burn calories.
Abs Attack: strengthens and tones all your abdominal muscles
Body Combat: high-energy workout combining punches and kicks, inspired by martial arts disciplines
Body Pump: this is a weights-based workout designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen your whole body
Boxercise: an energetic, stress-busting workout combining aerobic work with padwork routines
Box Hit: a high intensity class using boxing techniques, repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise mixed with periods of lower intensity of active recovery.
Cycling (indoor): cardiovascular workout on indoor exercise bikes incorporating running, jumping and climbing
Circuits: whole-body workout incorporating resistance and aerobic moves to strengthen, tone and increase fitness
Dance fit: A fully body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity.
Dance fit Advanced: Learning choreography in different styles, ballet, tap, streetdance and contemporary. Also working on dance technique and flexibility.
Fitball: Ball based training class which challenges your muscles helping to strengthen and build your core stability.
Kettlebells: functional compound exercises using a cannon-shaped kettlebell to help develop strength, tone and fitness
Move it mums: Get back in shape after having baby, a fun and varied class where you can bring baby along aswell.
Pilates: a system of exercises designed to improve posture, flexibility and strength, and to calm the mind
Stretch and Tone: gentle stretching and strengthening techniques to develop strength and flexibility
Shred: Burn calories and improve conditioning through a combination of cardio and compound weightlifting HiiT routines
Thighs, Bums and Tums, (LBT): a class designed to hit those hard-to-tone areas, working the core and lower body
Yoga: a traditional Eastern discipline focusing on increasing flexibility, physical and mental strength through a series of postures
Pregnancy yoga: a class specifically for women over 14 weeks pregnant
360fitness: a high-intensity functional training class, with progressive development
Aquacise: water-based cardiovascular workout suitable for all
Swim Fit: structured workout in the water, to help increase fitness and strength
Aqua Circuit: moving between different stations for a full body workout
Aqua Rave: water-based dance fun to uplifting music
Swim tuition: training class to help develop your swim stroke (for compent swimmers)
