Swimming pools at Queen's Park Sports Centre
The main pool at Queen's Park Sports Centre will close at 5.30pm on Friday 30 November. The small pool will be open, and group swimming lessons will take place as normal.
The main pool will be closed on Sunday 25 November from 8am to 11am, and 2pm to 4pm as we are hosting the Swim England Youth GB training camp. The pool will be open between 11am and 2pm, sorry for any inconvenience.
Our pool
We have an eight-lane swimming pool with spectator seating and a learner pool with moveable floor and fun water features. Our main pool timetable includes lane and recreational swimming, water playtime for younger customers and a full programme of aqua classes including; aqua circuits, aqua natal and swimfit to a new specialised class to develop your stroke and swimming technique. Our smaller pool timetable includes general swimming, swimming lessons and more, The swimming pool has a hoist so that disabled user groups can easily gain access to the pool.

Please note that lane sessions are available daily at the times indicated below, and are generally in two swimming lanes.
Monday: 7.30am to 8pm
Lane sessions: 7.30am to 3pm and 7pm to 8pm
Tuesday: 7.30am to 9pm
Lane sessions: 7.30am to 1.30pm, 3pm to 4pm and 8pm to 9pm
Wednesday: 7.30am to 9pm
Lane sessions: 7.30am to 1.30pm and 7pm to 9pm
Thursday 7.30am to 9pm
Lane sessions: 7.30am to 9.30am, noon to 1.30pm and 7pm to 9pm
Friday: 7.30am to 9pm
Lane sessions: 7.30am to 9am, noon to 1.30pm and 7pm to 9pm
Saturday: 8am to 4pm
Sunday: 8am to 4pm
Lane session: 8am to 4pm
Private party hire: Saturday and Sunday after 4pm
