Our adult classes are split into two levels - beginners and advanced. See our fitness timetable for session times.
The beginners' class will learn choreography to a music track in any of the following styles: modern, street dance, contemporary, ballet or tap, no experience is needed.
In the advanced class you will learn more challenging choreography in the same styles and also work on technique and flexibility.
