Trampolining is a fun sport for people of all ages, shapes and abilities.

Whether you feel like trying it for the first time or enjoy bouncing in your back garden and want to improve the skills you already have, why not come along and try trampolining at our Queen's Park Sports Centre.

It is an excellent alternative to traditional cardiovascular exercise, with the added bonus of a full body workout to increase strength and posture

No experience is needed as our team of trained coaches will be available for tips and advice. Our adult classes take place on Wednesday from 7.30pm to 9pm
