European election 23 May 2019
An election for European Members of Parliament has been called.
There are five seats in the East Midlands region and, if they are contested, an election will be held on 23 May 2019.
Nomination papers must be delivered to the Regional or Deputy Regional Returning Officer at the Members Room, Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering NN15 7QX. Delivery of the nomination papers can be made from 16 April 2019 onwards from 10am to 4pm on any working day, but no later than 4pm on 25 April 2019. Nomination papers can be obtained from the above address and during the time for delivery of the papers.
Register by 12 midnight on Tuesday 7 May to vote in these elections.
You don’t need to register again if you’ve already registered to vote.
The deadline for registering for a postal vote, or a postal proxy vote, is Wednesday 8 May 2019
The deadline for registering for a proxy vote is 5pm on Wednesday 15 May 2019.
