Order of service

Sunday 8 November 2020, 2.30pm at the War Memorial,Rose Hill,Chesterfield.


The Vicar of Chesterfield will recite the Exhortation:

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old.

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning we will remember them.

All shall say:

We will remember them

The Vicar will say the Kohima Epitaph:

When you go home, tell them of us, and say:

for your tomorrow, we gave our today.


Wreaths will then be laid on the War Memorial by:
