Although Chesterfield Museum is temporarily closed due to the fantastic Stephenson Memorial Hall refurbishment, we still plan to offer a programme of events and activities just in alternative ways and at different locations.
Look out for a series of 'Museum on the Move' pop-up exhibitions and events at locations around the borough.
Our off site store tours continue to give visitors an opportunity to see exactly how we care for the objects in our collections.
So remember... whilst the museum building may be closed, Chesterfield Museum is still very active.
