Community surveyors are tenants and leaseholders who work in partnership with Chesterfield Borough Council to survey and inspect housing areas where you live.
The purpose of the community surveyors programme is to:
- identify estate management issues
- involve residents in assessing the quality of estate management services and recommending improvements
- monitor service levels over time
Findings from the community surveys are shared with members of the tenant performance group and housing management service. This helps to inform areas for service improvement.
