Jelly bean pantomime ticket prize draw terms and conditions
Introduction
1. The promoter for this prize draw is Chesterfield Borough Council, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield S41 1LP (the "Promoter").
Closing date
2. The prize draw will close for entries at midnight (GMT) on 24 November 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
How to enter
3.1 To enter, Participants must choose the correct number of jelly beans in a sealed glass jar (the Prize Draw Jar).
3.2 Entry to the prize draw is via the online entry form URL address: https://chesterfieldboroughcouncil.welcomesyourfeedback.net/s/cuqqd7.
3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3.4 Participants must provide a valid email address in order to enter the prize draw.
3.5 The Prize Draw Jar is available to view in person at Aunty Dot's Sweets, Market Hall, Chesterfield, S40 1AR during opening hours.
Winner selection
4.1 Participants that have chosen the correct answer will be entered into a prize draw.
4.2 The winner of the prize draw will be drawn at random and will be announced on social media. Contact will also be made directly with the winner using the email address provided on the entry form.
Eligibility
5.1 The prize draw is open only to Participants who:
- are aged 18 or over; and
- are residents of Chesterfield (the "Participants")
5.2 Employees and contractors of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
5.3 Only one entry per household is permitted. Multiple entries submitted from the same address will not be valid and will be counted as a single entry.
5.4 By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and are eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.
The prize
6.1 The prize includes a digital voucher to claim two free tickets to selected performances of Jack and the Beanstalk at the Winding Wheel Theatre, Chesterfield.
6.2 Performances included in this prize draw are:
- Friday 5 December 2025 6.30pm
- Sunday 7 December 2025 5.30pm
- Thursday 11 December 2025 1.30pm
- Friday 12 December 2025 6.30pm
6.3 Tickets are subject to availability at time of booking; the prize voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or concession, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed against tickets already booked, or exchanged for a monetary value.
6.4 A Chesterfield Theatres account is required to be able to redeem the prize voucher and book pantomime tickets.
6.5 The prize also includes the Prize Draw Jar of jelly beans. This will be available for the winner to collect in person from Aunty Dot's Sweets, Market Hall, Chesterfield, S40 1AR during opening hours. Nutritional and allergen information is available on request.
Winner notification
7.1 Winners will be notified as soon as possible after the Closing Date, via the email address provided with their entry.
7.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within five working days they will forfeit the prize, and a replacement winner may be selected.
Conditions of entry
8.1 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
8.2 The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw due to unforeseen circumstances.
Data protection and photographs
9.1 By entering, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data (including name and contact details) for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
9.2 Personal data will be securely stored and deleted 30 days after the Closing Date, unless you consent to further contact.

General
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches these terms.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend the prize draw if necessary.
10.3 The prize draw is governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
