Health spa (Healthy Living Centre)
Relax and unwind in our modern, purpose-built health spa.
Unwind after a workout, have some time alone or with friends at the Healthy Living Centre health spa.
Enjoy two hours use of the:
- sauna (currently not available)
- steam room
- aromatherapy room
- monsoon shower
- ice fountain
- relaxation area
- hammam heated beds
Please note the spa is only available for those aged 16+.
Prices and times
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 9pm
- Saturday: 9am to 6pm
- Sunday: 9am to 8pm
Use of our spa is included in our active fitness membership.
Non members can access the health spa for just £6.50 per session.
Spa and swim offer
Combine a swim with a relaxing spa session for just £7.50 when you visit the Healthy Living Centre, at Staveley.
Save on this combo deal when you using our pool for a general or lane sessions, you can also get access to our spa where you can unwind and have some time alone or with friends.
Spa use includes steam room, aromatherapy room, monsoon shower, ice fountains and hammam heated beds. Please note the sauna is currently closed.
No booking required. For ages 16+ only.
