We capture and process contact details for suppliers, representatives of local businesses, journalists and any other partners we interact with. This information is used to communicate about contracted services and to provide you with information or support where relevant

Under data protection legislation, the lawful basis for this processing varies depending on the nature of your relationship with the council:

  • For some mailing lists we will contact you because we have your consent to do so. Where processing is allowed because we have your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Please use the contact details below, or reply to your contact within the council.
  • Other contact and processing is legal because it forms part of the performance of a contract.
  • We may also have a legitimate interest in contacting you.  For example, if you make an enquiry about leasing commercial premises, we will add you to a mailing list to receive updates about available premises. You can opt-out of this processing at any time.
