About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executives Office. This is a key role requiring discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard
- act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication
- maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- support project work and assist with organisational initiatives as required
About you
- proven experience as an Executive Assistant within a public sector or in a similar administrative role
- excellent organisational and time-management skills
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, colleagues, and external partners
- proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
