We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced procurement support officer to join our ambitious procurement team.
Based at the Town Hall in Chesterfield, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting the development and delivery of new procurement activity to achieve the council’s strategic vision and priorities and deliver value for money.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop yourself personally and professionally, supporting procurement transformation across the council, working with a dynamic team of procurement professions supporting a diverse range of procurement categories.
The ideal candidate will have an operational understanding of UK Public Procurement Regulation, have or be working towards a recognised procurement qualification (CIPS level 4), and have experience in the use of e-procurement systems.
The role is full-time and offers a hybrid working arrangement and flexible hours.
