We currently have positions available for 2 individuals to join the building cleaning team on a part time basis. One contract will be for 21 hours per week and another for 10 hours per week, both including weekend working.

We have locations to clean all over the borough, including:

The work is often quite physical and will include:

  • hand sweeping and mopping stairs
  • cleaning windows and large areas of plate glass
  • scrubbing tiles and floors in changing areas

Specialist cleaning machines, such as floor buffers, will also be used.

You will also be:

  • emptying waste bins and ensuring waste is disposed of properly
  • replenishing supplies such as hand soap and paper towels
  • vacuuming large floor spaces
  • dusting skirting boards, door frames and office furniture

The successful candidates will need to be flexible, as it is highly likely that your working location and the tasks you are completing will change regularly.

Please clearly highlight on your application what vacancy you are applying for.
