About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executives Office. This is a key role requiring discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard
  • act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication
  • maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
  • support project work and assist with organisational initiatives as required 

About you

  • proven experience as an Executive Assistant within a public sector or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, colleagues, and external partners
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
