Gymnastics and trampolining (Queen's Park Sports Centre)

We have trampoline and gymnastics classes for all ages and abilities.

Our children's courses follow a structured pathway - progressing through proficiency levels and attaining badges and certificates along the way.

We also have courses for pre-school children to help them develop social and motor skills, and our classes for adults are great for anyone wanting to exercise and keep in shape.

Find out about:

Trampolining

Trampolining is an exhilarating sports and lots of fun. Our classes take children from the age of five. It is a great cardiovascular exercise that offers many physical and health benefits; fitness, coordination, strength development and flexibility. It is taught by experienced and qualified coaches in a safe environment.

We work to our own inhouse gymnastics awards scheme, designed by our very own coaching team especially for those on our courses. These have been made to help give children the best start and to get them on the pathway to our competitive squad. Our beginners to advance classes work towards Rainbow awards and will receive these upon completion of each stage.

No experience is needed as our team of coaches supervise and assist throughout.
