Tenant Satisfaction Measures - TSMs
Have you received a letter about this year's tenant satisfaction survey?
Tenant Satisfaction Measures were introduced by government in 2023 and are designed to help you see how well social housing landlords are doing at providing quality homes and services, and where they need to improve.
Some of the topics include:
- repairs
- building safety
- your neighbourhood
- complaints
- engaging with our customers
How we collect the information
Every year, we will:
- send out surveys to ask for your views on the housing service
- report on information we record about our homes, estates and services
How the survey works
We will write to a random sample of our tenants asking them to complete a tenant satisfaction survey, which can be completed by post or online.
All those who return the survey can choose to enter a prize draw for a chance to win one of four £50 Love2Shop high street shopping vouchers.
TSM survey 2024
If you have been invited to take part in this year's survey you can complete the paper form you have received, or you can respond online:
You will need to enter the unique reference number from the survey invitation letter to complete the online survey.
Surveys must be completed and returned to the council by Monday 4 November.
How you can see the results
Results from the survey will be published on our website every summer.
