Many of our consultations are now available to complete online.
Not all of the consultations listed below will be open to all members of the public – some are aimed at particular interest groups, and some are only open to a randomly selected group of residents. You can find out more information about the approach to each consultation below.

We've recently improved the play area at Barnes Road park in Hady - the works have included all new equipment.
This includes two new climbing frames, new swings, rockers and games along the fencing. We have also replaced the surfacing across the play area.
If you have visited, we need your feedback on the improvements to the play area - your views will help us to plan what is included in future upgrades across the borough but also provides feedback to our funding partners.

Our housing team carries out a range of satisfaction surveys at various times and intervals.
Ongoing surveys
Satisfaction surveys are carried out for the following services:
- Adaptations
- Allocation of a property
- Anti-social behaviour
- Capital works
- Careline
- Right to repair
- Standard repairs
- Tenancy support
These are 'invite only' surveys that are sent to residents who use the services.
The surveys run throughout the year and reports are collated either quarterly or annually, depending on the number of responses that have been received.
Tenant Satisfaction Measures - TSMs
The Regulator of Social Housing has created a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services. In addition to introducing revised consumer standards, this involves a set of tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) that social housing landlords must report on. People will be able to use these measures to understand how well landlords are doing.
We started collecting the data for TSMs from May 2023. The first set of data will be published from Autumn 2024.

'STAR' survey
The STAR survey (survey of tenants and residents) was previously carried out once every two years. The last STAR survey was completed in 2021.

Tenant involvement and engagement
The housing service has a dedicated tenant participation team that helps tenants to get involved in decisions that affect their homes and neighbourhoods.
Past or 'closed' consultations
When a consultation has finished we gather all the information we have received and use it to help us make a decision, develop a policy or improve the way we deliver a service.
