Our crews will be starting bin collections earlier than normal this week due to the continued hot weather.
Please make sure your bin is out by 6am to make sure it gets emptied.
Bins, bin collections and waste services are now available online through 'My Chesterfield'.
You can:
- report a missed bin collection
- tell us about a damaged or missing bin
- cancel a clinical waste collection
- contact us about an assisted bin service
- report a problem that happened when your bin was emptied
You can also check your bin collection day, find out if the crew is running late, and see if there was a problem when your bin was emptied
