We have five A0 size display stands that are available for local creatives, local groups and organisations to use for art exhibitions that help to animate our town centre.
The stands were purchased as part of the Animate Chesterfield programme, and are free for creatives, community and non-profit groups or organisations based in Chesterfield to display a small art exhibition in the Pavements shopping centre.
Each display stand features three panels in a triangular arrangement, which provides 15 spaces for A0 size posters to be displayed.
The display stands must be booked in advance and content for exhibitions is subject to council approval. Please see details in the information pack below.
These display stands are not intended to be used as noticeboards but rather as exhibition stands for local groups and organisations to showcase what they do, share their history, or display the creations of their members.
All exhibition content must be family-friendly and appropriate for public display.
Content displayed in the stands cannot:
- be commercial
- feature political or religious messages
- promote violence
- feature offensive language or imagery
Our markets team will position the stands, but you are responsible for printing content or creating A0 sheets and installing them in the display stands.
