Our relaxed and inclusive dance sessions are designed especially for adults aged 18+ with additional needs. These sessions provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment where everyone can move at their own pace, build confidence, and most importantly, have fun.
We explore a variety of dance styles and formats to suit all abilities and preferences. This includes seated dance for those who prefer or require chair-based movement, partner dancing to encourage connection and teamwork, and general group dance routines that promote coordination, rhythm, and self-expression. All activities are adaptable, ensuring that every participant can take part comfortably.
In addition to dance, participants also have the opportunity to enjoy light racket sports such as badminton, pickleball, and table tennis. These activities help develop coordination, balance, and social interaction in a fun and relaxed way.
The sessions focus on enjoyment, gentle exercise, social connection, and wellbeing rather than performance or pressure.
Carers and family members are warmly invited to attend and accompany participants free of charge, helping to create a supportive and friendly atmosphere for all.

This session is held weekly at Queens Park Sports Centre every Monday at 1:30pm.
