'Return to netball'

Whether you want to rediscover your sporting ability, get active again or brush up on skills you already have, our return to netball sessions provide a gentle re-introduction to the game.

Sessions are led by fully-qualified coaches and will cover all aspects of the game, from passing to footwork and finish in a friendly game to put all the skills you have learnt into practice.

You don't need any special kit, turn up in something comfortable and lace-up trainers.

The sessions run weekly on Sundays at 6.45pm and you can turn up, pay for a session and play - there's no need to book.

Sessions take place in the sports hall.

Walking netball

Our walking netball sessions are like or return to netball sessions, but at a slower pace. They are designed so that anyone can play regardless of age or fitness level.

Walking netball not only helps with fitness but also provides fun, laughter and friendship.

Our walking netball sessions run twice a week - Tuesday 10.30am, and Friday at 11.30am.

You can turn up, pay for a session and play, there's no need to book.

Sessions take place in the sports hall.
