We are looking for a highly motivated housing officer – tenant involvement. The role will seek to enable tenants to effectively influence housing policies, identify service and neighbourhood improvements and help us respond to current good practice.  

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and knowledge of social housing issues, particularly tenant engagement.

The post requires working directly with tenant as well as other Council staff, external and partner organisations to deliver and develop the Council’s tenant involvement offer. The post may require working at evenings and weekends.

A full manual‑driving capability is essential, as the role involves driving a manual van.
