We have an exciting permanent opportunity within the Housing Management Team for two Housing Officer (Enforcement) positions, comprising one full-time post and one part-time post.
These roles will focus on managing higher-level antisocial behaviour and tenancy-related complaints, helping to ensure our communities remain safe, sustainable and well supported.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing management services that meet customers’ needs and contribute positively to the social and physical environment of our estates.
Working closely with Housing Service teams, statutory partners and voluntary organisations, you will help ensure issues are identified and resolved effectively and promptly, while supporting tenants to understand and meet the terms of their tenancies.
We are looking for someone with strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you will have experience in tenancy management and antisocial behaviour, along with an understanding of a social landlord’s responsibilities in tenancy management, tenancy support, homelessness, estate management and the relevant legislation.
