An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Housing Services Project Safety Team.
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual to work alongside housing professionals, ensuring health and safety compliance across capital programmes, planned works, repairs and maintenance activities. You will also be responsible for managing health and safety on construction projects.
- sound knowledge of the construction industry, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and wider health and safety requirements
- the ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively with teams
- experience of quality assurance and budget management on public sector projects
- a relevant Level 4 qualification and current health and safety qualifications, including NEBOSH and SMSTS
- the ability to coach and develop colleagues within the team
